Yes, it was a very painful procedure even though I popped 2 vicodin an hour before and was given a topical anesthetic as well. However, it only took approximately 10-15 minutes (with a few short breaks in between), and the pain went away within a short time. I was told that it would take a few days to start seeing results. Even with the pain, I would definitely continue the treatments. Also, my insurance company is paying 100% for the drug.
