We all can stop excessive sweating by changing our lifestyles such as detoxifying the body by consuming more raw fruits and drinking larger quantities of water per day. Cutting out foods that are high in fat and those that are highly seasoned can also help prevent sweating and body odor.

Hyperhidrosis is the major irritating secretion that most of us hate. It is essential to get checked with doctor if you have excessive sweating..!

I have been suffering from excessive sweating for more than a year and my doctor said that the reason is that I am overweight. He also advised me to was my underarms more often, eat healthy food, and normalize my weight. I thought that he would give me some pills but he didn't.

Hyperhidrosis is triggered by the sympathetic nerve system. It's the system that regulates the temperature in our bodies (with the use of sweat glands). A person with hyperhidrosis suffer from an overactive nerve system which sends out a ton of signals. Instead of sending out signals to sweat when needed.

Certain breething exercises can help you to balance this system. Google "breathing exercises nerve system" and read among the articles to see what you need to be doing..=)

Cheers!!
